Benjamin Dori joined Tappolet & Partner in 2016 and became a partner in 2018. He advises individuals and companies in all areas of national and international tax law, including real estate gains tax, inheritance tax, gift tax and criminal tax law. He also advises on restructuring, private and corporate succession planning and corporate law. He is a member of both the Swiss and Zurich Bar Association, the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and EXPERTsuisse. Benjamin Dori is fluent in German and English.

Benjamin Dori holds a law degree from the University of Fribourg (lic.iur. 2003), was admitted to the bar in 2006, certified as a tax expert in 2008 and earned the International MBA from IE Business School in Madrid. Before joining Tappolet & Partner, he was a Senior Manager in the tax department of a BigFour (2014–2016), Senior Associate in the London Branch of a Zurich law firm (2013–2014), Associate in a tax boutique start-up (2012) and Associate in one of the leading Swiss commercial law firms (2006–2010).
